Ashley Force Hood is a retired professional drag racer who competed in the NHRA Funny Car class. She was born on November 29, 1982 in Yorba Linda, California, and is the daughter of drag racing legend John Force. Ashley began racing in the NHRA in 2007 and quickly made a name for herself, becoming the first woman to win a Funny Car race in 2008.

Throughout her career, Ashley Force Hood achieved numerous accomplishments, including being the first woman to qualify number one in Funny Car, and finishing in the top 10 in the NHRA Funny Car standings multiple times. She announced her retirement from racing in 2010 to focus on her family, but remains involved in the sport as a team owner and executive with John Force Racing. Ashley is also a motivational speaker, using her experiences in racing to inspire others to pursue their passions and break barriers in male-dominated industries.
